The apartment we stayed in was surprisingly modern and clean, with all the appliances we needed. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk through the back gate to access the beautiful Kings Beach. The manager, Dave, was very friendly and helpful, assisting us with our luggage and showing us all the facilities.

No improvements needed, everything was great!

The rooms are so comfortable and well-equipped with all the appliances you could need, and the views are simply breathtaking - and the best part is, they come at no extra cost. The attention to detail and all the facilities provided make for a truly enjoyable stay.

Everything was simply perfect.

The coastal walks were great exercise and the scenery was stunning. We also enjoyed the beach and dining options nearby. the pool was a decent size and refreshing on hot days.

Our unit was on the top floor and there was no lift to bring our heavy luggage up six flights of stairs. the furniture in the unit was worn out and outdated.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money is exceptional. Even though it's not a luxury hotel, the prices are incredibly reasonable for what you get. Secondly, the attention to detail is remarkable. The rooms on the 3rd level with water views were so comfortable and had all the appliances you could possibly need. Lastly, the location is superb. With lovely views and close proximity to the beach, it's the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

There might be a slight issue with space available for parking, especially if you drive a larger vehicle.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The apartment was spotless on arrival, and the bed configuration was perfect for our needs. We loved that we had a garage space with internal access, and the pool and garden areas were well maintained. This hotel is in a fantastic location, with everything we needed just a short walk away. We were close to the beach, cafes and other facilities which was so handy. The staff were very friendly and gave us great tips on the local area.

The apartments were close to the beach and local amenities, which made it convenient for us to go out whenever we wanted. They were also clean and had plenty of space, which was great for our family. One of the best aspects of our stay had to be the pool, which was lovely and clean.

Our stay wasn't perfect. The apartment was quite outdated and could have been decorated better. We also had a negative experience with the management, who we found unhelpful and rude. Unfortunately, we didn't have the best experience during our Christmas break and wouldn't recommend it to others.
